We have a strict NO return policy if the your order has been OPENED on stream as we can not restock these open items. 

All of our items are carefully packaged, we cannot be held liable for problems that arise during shipping.

If you need a refund on an order that was not opened on stream because you were not present or some other issue occurred please follow the instructions below
